To use this website you must be over the age of
18 and a legal adult in your own country. Due to the personal nature
of the goods we sell and for obvious hygiene reasons, goods are not
sent on approval. All products are sold for novelty use only.
The following terms and conditions listed below will apply between
you and Cool & Groovy Toy Co. Ltd for the sale and purchase of
the items from this website. The terms do not affect your statutory
rights.

Return / Refund / Cancellation Policy
All goods come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If for
any reason you are not happy with your purchase simply return it to
us within 14 days of receiving your order and we will refund your
money, provided it is returned to us in its original packaging and
is unused (P&P costs are non refundable).
In the unlikely event your goods are found to have a manufacturing
defect, please refer to the guarantee paperwork inside your parcel.
Whilst we will deal with returned items as quickly as possible, please
allow up to a maximum of 28 days for returned products. When returning
any product please contact us first and we will issue a return number
to include in the package. Please ensure you obtain a certificate
of posting, this may be required by us, in the event of non receipt
of your returned items. Any return shipping cost will be at your expense.
Goods MUST BE unused. Goods must be in their original condition &
packaging.
Delivery Policy
Goods to UK destinations are shipped by Royal Mail 'Special Delivery'
with insurance and requiring a signature on receipt. Normally the
package is delivered 'Next Day'. The Price of post & packing to
the UK is £7.95.
Goods to destinations outside the UK are shipped by Royal Mail 'International
Signed For', with insurance and requiring a signature on receipt.
Normally the package is delivered to the destination in 5 to 7 days.
The Price of post & packing to the EEC is £12.
The Price of post & packing to the 'Rest of the World'
is £18.
Goods will only be shipped to the Card Holders registered address.
You will be notified on despatch by email and given the tracking number
and destination of your package.
Prices & Taxes
Prices shown are in UK Pounds and will be billed in UK Pounds Sterling.
The prices include UK VAT. If your credit card company operate in
a different currency, they will convert payment into pounds sterling
to your local currency at the prevailing conversion rate at the time
of the transaction. You are liable for any local, state or foreign
country taxes, if you are ordering from outside the UK.
Export Restrictions
If you choose to have goods sent to any destination outside the UK,
you are confirming that you have checked the laws regarding the country
of destination and that these goods are legally permitted in that
country. Cool & Groovy Toy Co.Ltd cannot be held responsible for
any goods that are seized by the authorities in the country you have
chosen the goods to be sent to. |
